At our house in Harvard, MA, the trees really took a beating, with many big and small branches cracking and falling all Thursday night into Friday morning. Current prediction of getting power back is Tuesday night, and there are crews everywhere.
Our house didn't get any damage, but my wife's car got a tree top into it and will need some work..

As you can see, if I'd parked it 6 feet farther back it would have been OK, but that top came from a tree at least 15 feet away. Oh well..
We live in a pine grove, so a lot of the smaller trees got topped, and the bigger ones lost many small branches. The ice made things especially fun...

It was pretty during the daylight, but it gets awfully dark and cold at night in December.

Fortunately we have friends with a big house in Concord, so we're hanging out there for now.
Oh, and I now feel like a
real WW&F volunteer: I have a shiny, new, Stihl 16" chainsaw!
Vrrroom, Vrrrrooom!!
