Work done on Saturday July 10 (and notes from prior week):
* Percival house: During the week, Josh replaced the house's electric junction box. Now it looks much neater and has plenty of room for expansion.
* Car barn: Work continued on the roof, putting up the 2x4s for the roof.
* Track work: Bill and I jacked and hand tamped the "elevation dip" at the bottom of the Ladder. Now it's much better, but still needs a pass from Big Joe. Now I remember why I don't like hand tamping anymore. We'd have done more if there were more people to help.
* Shop work: Stewart got the saw mill main belt rod off the floor and mounted from the ceiling, and cleaned up some other equipment. Mike and Stewart took a look at the Continental, drained the gas from the tank, then removed the tank and the hood. The tank sounds rather full of sludge.
* Grading: Mike did some grading for the future track and switch for the car barn and Woods track.
* Phone line burial: Mike buried the phone line to past the water tank.
* #9: Marcel continued working on the cab supports.
