Nice Coat on the guy - fashion sense of 1920 on the girl.
Any info on the actors? Were they local?
How did they determine it was WW&F?

Don't think that is the same pedestrian as the high angle pic.

Road looks oilier w/ patches - could just be lighting for that.

I was going to say IF those were Street Car tracks it looked to be abandon.

Hard to see if there were flange ways. But if that is 1932 maybe the trolly wire was not

erected yet.

What are the year of the cars?

There appears to be a pedestrian on the outside walkway.

Those layers with uneven removal were one reason for the I35 bridge collapse here in

Minnesota.

Or end grain wood blocks- so concrete is already an up grade.

Within the realm of possibility.

Speedy Dry and 2X4 Holystoning will keep it refreshed and looking good. :D

Here in MN neighbor had standard two car garage

done. It was $2500.  You might get it cheaper by

buying supplies and DYI. It is a little outside the realm of

historically correct.

Found the name of the odor eliminator.

It is a superior product, not just for musty smell.

It is "Air Sponge"  I know you were going to let

others deal with the magazines but if you have other

situations it will work.

Bruce

Take unused coffee grounds and put them with the Magazines.

In a bag or box - they remove the musty smell. You may not want to

put grounds in direct contact with pages for any length of time

(If they are dry probably no problem - but..).

We used to store books with coffee packets that were made for percolators.

Put between pages & change from time to time.

You might try OdorEater foot powder.

We used to sell a odor grabber that was excellent (the name escapes me now)

It killed dead mouse in the wall & the mens store in town eliminated the smell of

cleaning fluid from the print shop next door.

Like I said it could be throttled down.

The one I have is from a Traction/Thrasher Engine

When I use 70# it is not too loud - Of coarse at that pressure

it does not give its true sound.
