Be glad you could go back to the old site - doesn't always work.

Happy Autumnal Equinox.

Well a very quick look shows that decals were available in late
19th century:

Most likely not used on coaches at that time - labor was probably
cheaper than purchased product. Beside it still had to be installed.

While it is not exactly historically correct (maybe?)

The Trout Brook track has a dead line.

And a few of Mike's jobs are ASAP. Or are they all ASAP?

The rest are when they get done - there are crews that are dedicating themselves
to getting jobs done to very high standards in a timely fashion -- It is amazing all
that is done in so short a time. It is a privilege to be associated with each and every one!!!!

Have you tried a upside-down gutter or U (4 to 5 inches) bent corrugated  with
a weed burner at each end?

ABOVE 0? Send the warmth out here  ;D

Wind Chills in the 50 - 70 below tonight up North.
minus 20s here.

They played Soccer tonight 2º air temp and minus 12º wind chill.
There were some crazy fans in the stands bare chested. ::)

Well this is MN

Working in a Tool Room (machine shop) I changed fluorescent tubes (at least one set) every day,
( in pairs ) and there were only about 100 fixture s in the plant. But any flicker was intolerable.

The point is valid - the more parts the more chance for any one part to go wrong.

Don't know about lately, but Mount Washington Cog RR was down to
one steam trip a day. Diesel  for the rest because of the environmentalists.

I did see that awhile back they were experimenting with used French fry oil
to make steam. Suspect that came to naught. Or are they still trying?

Be very weary of "I'm from the government I have come to help."  :D

I waited to get permission to give info.

You might want to contact Bill Kane:

He displays at area shows here in MN. Over the years he has
treated me well and fairly. His inventory is always changing (less so lately)
so if you have an item you are looking for send him a note.
He has stuff from Z to G some well used others almost new.

You will have to negotiate directly.

Just remember postage will be from MN.

Minus 12ºF and windy  :-\
Minus 25ºF this morning got to balmy plus 3ºF this afternoon  :)

Benjamin is correct - check the shows and swap meets when
they start again in your area.

Collector items are not cheap but other stuff can be very reasonable.
Turnouts (Switches ) are usually dear no mater where you get them.
