George Mansfield's business card came up for sale:

The text on the card reads, "Geo. E. Mansfield, 24 Washington Street, Boston. Economic Railways, Mansfield System". It would appear to date from his post-B&SR work as a private railroad consultant, maybe late 1880s.

I was the only bidder, which surprised me. (Needless to say I think it's worth more than $4.99.) My plan is eventually to donate it to the museum.

One visible detail I had not been aware of before is the green trim on the buildings, which really complements the yellow on the clapboards.
