With the work on #9's boiler very near complete the Boothbay Railway Village has scheduled a presentation and slide show on its construction for Saturday, May 9 at 3:00. This is part of the museums on-going series of educational programs.
Brian Fanslau will make the presentation in the Town Hall using many slides taken during the construction. The presentation will be followed by a shop tour and a chance to see the finished boiler.
This has been a long and interesting project. It represents a huge accomplishment for Brian and Jason and several shop volunteers.
The session is open to everyone.
