I walked in the shop and remarked how clean it was. Joe L. has been very busy organizing. It looks very good.

Work done on Saturday Nov 29:

* Alna Center - Dan led a crew to finish the reshingling of the roof.
* Loco 10 - Dan was also leading a crew working on #10's smoke box.  Not at the same time as the Alna Center work.
* Loco 11 - Earl was working on bits for #11.
* Dairy car - This week Brendan brought the car back from Wiscasset.  It was decorated in lights, and he was working on putting a tree on the back of the white truck.  It's in the parade tonight in Damariscotta, and Friday night in Wiscasset.
* Southbound - Jason and I walked south 1200 feet to take some measurements.
* Dave and Ed were doing some work on the computer.
* Brian was doing maintenance on an air compressor.
* Chris and his daughter set up some decorations around Sheepscot.
* Bill and Ed inspected the pavilion and shed at Alna Center and did some clean up.

Some photos from today.

Alna Center.  Some prep work inside the pavilion for Christmas Trains and Market the next three Saturdays.  Some folks had already done some decorating.  The benches were moved to along the interior sides of the building.  This view is looking west, where Santa will be sitting.

Looking east, toward the station.

Matthew, Nick and others more or less finished up the station's new west side roof today.

Meanwhile, back at Sheepscot, Earl was working on a part for locomotive 11.

And Dan was leading a crew working on locomotive 10.

Brendan was prepping the Dairy Car for the two parades.  The first view is from a little after 7 a.m. this morning.

A couple of early afternoon photos.

Brendan's photos from late this afternoon in Damariscotta.

We want...A SHRUBBERY!  One that looks nice, and not too expensive.

When I was asked my thought on participating in the parade, I did not realize it would look so good. Nice job by everyone.
