Work done on Saturday December 10:
* Weed whack: Joe and Greg whacked weeds from MP 7 down to Top O' Mountain on both sides before lunch.
* Boxcar 67: Zack and Dwight put on more floor on the boxcar. Getting close to 3/4 done. All truck parts appear to be together on floor. "Some assembly required."
* Parking lot cleanup: I hope Mike took a "before" picture this morning. Many 2-3 foot stubs of ties were stored near the woods track, most of the rest went to the junk man at the end of Cross Road. Timbers, ties, boards, etc. etc. were moved or put on the burn pile, which was a pile of random lumber west of the garage and behind the machines stored for resale. Mike managed to move most of the power line poles onto a storage pile beyond the parking area on the west side. Mike was starting to move the short trailer to between the garage and woods track when I left, and he was also going to try to move the big trailer and the Yeti out of the way (the key to the Yeti is in NH, so moving it would be challenging). When I left there was room for many more cars to park. Oh, and we took up the parking lot row marker ties.
* Winter prep: The Dodge now has its snowplow on. #52's plow was moved from the parking lot to next to a track, but didn't make it on the engine.
