This summer, at the Jokioinen steam festival, a Orenstein&Koppel 0-6-0 was showing the way. Visible from miles away.

The rental company had its name up there also, so they didn't charge anything. Everybody was guessing the weight all day, if memory serves me right, it was 7,6 tonnes.

Is "tonnes" = long tons and "tons"= regular tons? Just curious!

Good question, I was meaning metric tons (=1000 kg). And, for the record, the engine was O&K 12782/1936.
