As most of you know I am the keeper of the volunteer hours for the Museum. I am in need of someone to help me with the volunteer hours database.
In prior years I did everything through MS Access. I no longer have Access, instead I'm trying to do it all through open source software. I currently have the database in OpenOffice.
What I need is someone who has the time to write queries, reports, and mail merges so that meaningful information can be gotten out of the data - things like the number of hours for a year, for a volunteer, etc. I don't really have the time to do that aspect of it, and when the end of the year comes I'll be busy with Treasurer stuff, so I won't want to be also concerned with trying to get volunteer hours out.
