Steve, Thanks for the photo ... that ride was a lot of fun. I could hear people along the route saying, "look, here comes an old truck ... hey, there's a railroad handcar on the back!" We're already making plans for next year's parade, including larger signs on the truck with the museums location, hours and web site information.
A number of families came up to Alna to ride the train after they saw us in the parade. We also gave handcar rides on bay 2's track.
