Ben Gottfried of Richfield Springs, NY has recently acquired the old DL&W "Richfield Springs" branch, which was originally the Utica, Chenango and Susquehanna Valley RR.
Ben is open to suggestions for the development of his railroad right of way....and he would be very interested in narrow gauge and preferably steam power. You can read about the project at this web page.
