I think ME's DOT just isn't any better in spelling than Ga's. What they meant to say was "No small despots" so that while it might be good to be king, it just isn't good to play king on the highway.

I got a real brief view of it Saturday afternoon from Rt 1 on my way by the Heritage Village on my way to Brunswick to see Star Trek.  The building is tiny!

Fantastic job Steve and all whom had a hand in the project.  This should help bring in the traffic and hopefully new members.  Now we need to do a scale up of Prebles Station into a "Comfort Station" at Sheepscot for all of our guests.

Steve,

Looks very different than the pair of skids we set aside on Friday morning.  Very nice job.  Hope it will draw a lot of riders for the train during the summer.

Prebles at MHV will work in that it will provide information to the general public who are not aware of the museum and how close they are to the railroad.   Also the building could be staffed on weekends, which would give the museum feed back on the number of people actualy stopping by to gain information.   The staff would also provide maintance which is so important in making a good impression on the general public.  The hard work in building the building and creating the information provided is top notch.
Thanks  Fred L. kuhns

Absolutely, Your Majesty. It's good to be the king!

Well, as long as we're picking nits, as the son of a milk man I'll just say that I wouldn't want to drink anything out of that can. Ain't y'all boys got a sandblaster?  ;)

Wonderful job on the structure - I love fancy shingle work.
