James I sure would like to know where that perception came from. I think that the Charette that was held last weekend will go a long way to dispelling the rumors and that perception. There are still a few out there from away ,that are in power, that think that this is going down the wrong road and have become verbal naysayers. It's my hope that they will see the light of day soon and become positive supporters of the project. I know that when I put the 1st print in the 4 print series on the 4 Seasons on the B&SR up for sale to raise funds and awareness, it was the towns people that bought 40 out of the 50 limited edition prints. When I went around to everyone in town asking for help when I started this project, no matter how big or small the request was, EVERYONE pitched in. That in itself has told me that I was on the right track (no pun intended). I can not wait till the snow melts and we can get back to finishing the platform and making arrangments to get another piece of historic equipment back home to Bridgton. I believe that this project could and will benefit all in the narrow gauge community including the MNG. I would like to thank all that have helped to date and invite anyone that has an interest in what we are trying to do in Bridgton, to come join us. All are welcome! Bill Shelley Return of The Rails
