FYI several people have stepped forward offering assistance with designing Trout Brook bridge.  We've decided to work with one of them, who has a great deal of experience designing bridges.  This person will design us something that is acceptable to both us and to the State.

Using TOM as a short-term end of line is fine, as is designing a temporary shelter for it; however the real "station stop" for the nature walk will be at the bottom of the Mountain, where the SVCA (Sheepscot Valley Conservation Assoc) has built a small parking lot and network of walking paths.  TOM is not on SVCA land, nor would I consider it likely that the SVCA path network will reach that far.

The SVCA owns all the property on both sides of the right of way from halfway down the mountain to Rt 218, and across 218 on the River side of the right of way half way to the Head Tide Church cut.

A lot of us are members of SVCA and a lot of SVCA members are also WW&F members.
