January 11, 2025, I would like to attempt some brush clearing. We will focus between Maine Locomotive and Machine and the trestle. It will be cold, and calling for light snow currently.
The work will consist of cutting some brush and limbs that are along the ROW, and dragging the brush to the treeline. We will also need a ladder to trim some branches that are very long and almost touch the train. I would also like to get the culvert pieces removed and back to Sheepscot for disposal or storage.
I would like to start about 8:30 and end between 2 and 2:30, due to the board meeting at 3. Hope to see you then.
