I repaired a couple of fuel leaks.

Also, Joe L. was organizing the annex some and Brendan was building a base for a coal stove for the enginehouse

We had 5 of us working along the line. Dave B., Bill R., Chris L., James P. and myself. We worked from Sheepscot Mills to the trestle, working primarily on the west side. Lots of improvement, but more to do..

Work completed today.

Work done on Saturday Jan 11:

* Tree trimming - see Mike's post.  A group of 5 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon trimmed branches and small growth along the west side of the track from Sheepscot Mills to Humason.  We met one of the abutting neighbors too.
* Springfield show prep - Bill R's minivan got loaded up for the show at the end of the month, meanwhile a crew was working on showcasing Loco 10 and the vacuum brake project at the show.
* Inventory - Cindy and Cody were busy with inventory.
* Web Site - Ed was working on the Build 11 2025 fundraising web site.
* Board meeting - Board met at 3 in a lightning round format.  We adjourned at 4:15, with a half hour or more discussion in executive session.

Plow preparation and line inspection

Hi folks,

Tomorrow I plan to install and test 52’s plow, then perform a riding inspection from SS to ToM (and hopefully return), presalting crossings.  I probably won’t get started until 10 or 10:30- to let the day heat up a little first.

I will gladly accept any and all help!

Dan is under the weather so I’m covering these activities for him prior to the predicted snow and cold weather next week.

If you know you cam help and can let me know here, please do so.

Thanks
Jason

I was more of a gawker than a worker. I left before the shed made it to AC. Here are a couple of "before" photos; I don't know if Mike grabbed any of the shed at AC.

President Dave not only provided escort service, he also captured some of the move.

And one of mine when we got it into the temporary location at AC..

What will the shed be used for?
