This is south of Sheepscot, about halfway to the dam, just before the foot bridge over Station House Brook.. The brook flows alongside the grade just out of sight past the last pine on the left

Last Saturday there were whispers of a possible train vacuum brake test going on, but that could be a weekday, Saturday, or just a rumor that I'm starting.

I know this isn't work related but I had tried this post in two other sections of the forum but didn't seem to get any responses and it seems people tend to respondbetter on this page. I am putting this post here as well as the page Steve has set up for the Springfield show and ?10s official work page, but I am looking to put together a compilation of videos of #10 to show at Springfield. This year the #10 team intends to have a bigger presence at the show then last year. We plan to bring the number plate, the bell and the headlight. Like last year we will have #10 number plate tokens and new for this year we plan to have #10 T-shirts for sale. Along with all this we plan to bring small TV to present 10 in the past years, what she looked like, what she did, and more importantly her voice, so we can bring more hype to the return of an Alna icon.

If anyone has videos of 10 that they are willing to let us use, I'd greatly appreciate it. Quality does not matter. You can send them or share them with me via Google.

Not sure how far you wish to go back into No. 10's history, but there are some great photos of this locomotive within the archives. Check the "Bill Robie Collection" for views when No. 10 was Edaville No. 5 and when she served at Pleasure Island, Wakefield, Massachusetts.

Speaking of voice  - have you considered taking #10's whistle

and a compressor?

If they will allow it? Not to do it too often but opening, noon & closing.

Once an hour maybe too much to ask. Mine does not get loud with only

3/8 air hose.

* Cindy's away, so I got the mail and sorted it.

Also, as I was looking through the loader manual waiting for the outside temperature to climb closer to 30, I noticed the Heat Pump in the house displayed CF. So I did just that. Cleaned Filter.. Four of the units (2 in the house, 2 in the bathrooms) had filters that looked like this...



Now they look like this. And air movement is restored.. very hard on the units to try and heat or cool with the filters plugged..
