When I clicked on this link it occurred to me that this was the last subject started by our beloved Fred Morse.

Work done on Saturday Nov 25:

* Loco 11: Harold was machining parts for the lead truck.
* Vacuum brakes(?): Joseph was working on electronic gadgets having something to do with the vacuum brake system (perhaps the testing system).
* Boxcar 56: Marcel put up the brake shaft on a temporary basis, then did some clean up around/under the car.
* Money: Dave and I discussed next year's operational budget.
* Marketing: Ed was dealing with Facebook and Instagram for Victorian Christmas; then setting up email lists to target non-members and past members.

I managed a grand total of three photos today:

Linda Zollers was also busy in the Archives, as well as providing a nice lunch of hot dogs and baked beans.  A good choice for the chilly weather today (temperatures in the low 30s but not unseasonable).
What–me worry?
