Apologies to everyone for the lateness of the ballot mailing.  I'm the one that asks our printer to put it together and mail it, and I usually get it done so that they go out by April 1.  The March/April newsletter is usually my cue that I need to ask for that.  Totally miffed it this year.  Ballots didn't go out until late last week.

Also note that the Annual Meeting takes place at the historic Alna Meetinghouse, which is about 1.5 miles north of Sheepscot on Route 218.

Because there is no cell service at that location, there can be no live streaming of the proceedings.

We are running trains from Sheepscot to Trout Brook at 11am and 1pm to coincide with the Annual Meeting. Note that the 1pm departure might not arrive back at Sheepscot in time to get to the meeting (but one could take the 1pm train to Trout Brook, get dropped at Alna Center southbound, walk to the meeting house, then grab a ride back to Sheepscot with another attendee.)
