Here's another long history of a South African Railways 2-foot gauge branch line, with many maps, track layouts and photos in black-and-white and living colors. One of the featured locomotives, No. 129, has been regauged to 30 inches and now runs on the Puffing Billy Railway in Victoria, Australia.
