"Local Attractions"
« on: March 02, 2022, 08:14:20 PM »
The Lincoln County News offers a free local news newsletter twice a week (if you want to receive this newsletter, sign up is on the right hand side of this page):

The most recent newsletter has an article about a local B&B "The Tipsy Butler"  changing owners. Article here:

After reading the article I clicked the link at the bottom for and was a bit surprised to see the WW&F featured on the B&B home page as a Local Attraction:

Also shown on that page as a Local Attraction is our partner SeaLyon Farm, who is also mentioned in the newsletter article as a vendor "sourcing breakfast ingredients".

One hand washes the other  ;D

The new owners of The Tipsy Butler (the Cheneys) actually lived up on Golden Ridge Rd for the past few years, so no doubt they will have heard the train whistles echoing up through the valley while they lived there.

(Side note: The house they just moved out of was built by my wife's grandfather for one of his sons. After sitting vacant for a number of years, we were very happy to see what a bang-up job they did with the renovations.)

Everybody now: It's a smaaaaaall world, aaaaaaaaaafter allllllllllllllll...
