Hi,

My name is Rob Carignan. I did some volunteer track-work back in the mid 2000's which has always been something I've been proud of.

My brother in law just moved to Gardiner to Whitefield and wouldn't you know it, I'm  dead certain his new properly along the Sheepscot contains the right of way. We're heading up there tomorrow for coffee and I guarantee you I'll be exploring the property. He's about a 1/4 mile up 194 from the corner of Hollywood.

I hate to be like this, but...

The ROW is on the 218 side (west side) of the river at all points within 1/4 mile of Hollywood Blvd. The Whitefield Bridge was a bit further north, very close to what is now Spruce Ln off 218.

On this map what are the "red" sections?

The legend on the left of the map has the meaning of the colors.  For instance, the red in the Head Tide area is "As Surveyed" while the yellow is the as-built route.   In the Wiscasset area the red marks a time period, "Wiscasset ca. 1896".
