It's my understanding that with all the various projects going on there is just too many things to supervise, even for a talent such as Fred. Therefore, Fred will be teaching a project supervision class for aspiring assistant supervisors. Graduates will be receiving a personalized chair autographed by Fred.
Newly minted "assistants" will undergo a probationary period of 6 months upon which their final exam will be during FWW.

I'm putting them out every hundred feet for REST stops. 80 and up may use them.
