In the back pages of April issue of Trains Magazine is a list of items in the May issue     

       "We'll also viisit the Maine Narrow Gauge in Winter"

Not tooting my own three-chime whistle here, but I wrote the commentary accompanying the lovely photos in this multi-page feature. In the same issue, there is also a piece I wrote about the recently completed restoration of B&O diesel No. 51.

I saw the May issue of Trains magazine today. In addition to the WW&F being the led story, there is a lengthy feature about the revival of the East Broad Top. There is also a large group of photo by J.W. Swanberg of various rail preservation activity, primarily in New England. This is the annual "tourist trains" issue -- lots of good stuff.

I saw the May issue of Trains today, and it has a terrific 8 page feature on our Museum, described as Maine's "jewel."  I encourage all to purchase a copy of the issue.  Many thanks to Trains, author Wayne Laepple and photographer Michael Summers.
