Hello all and greetings from Life Member no. 15. It has been many years since I have been on-line, though have enjoyed reading the informative and friendly postings on this forum. As you may know, my primary interests are learning of what I call, the first generation of narrow gage enthusiasts. To this end, I remain active with archiving and olde fashioned (letter writing) correspondence. Best regards!

Joseph Monty:
Hi I'm Joe Monty. I have been coming up to WW&F as brakeman and fireman for a couple of years now, but have mostly been with Maine Narrow Gauge. Started with Black River and Western as a fireman in 1973, and also volunteered at Toledo Laker Erie and Western as fireman and engineer from 1976-1980.  Also very active with Live Steam having built two locomotives in 1 1/2 inch scale.

Bruce,

I didn't realize you are LM #15. I'm LM #14.

Jeff

Bruce Wilson:
Hi Jeff, yes...I do remember your membership number as being one ahead of me. I think former President Joe R. got to you just before he hit me up. Joe had a great recruiting style, he'd say comon' guys, dig deep, we've got a railroad to build...!
