I'm finally in a position to accept 2020 off-site hours for inclusion in last year's volunteer record. You can email me your hours.
The best format is a spreadsheet with columns of beginning date and time, ending date and time, and description of what you did. You can also get me the date and number of hours and what you did. If your hours aren't tracked in a spreadsheet, a Word Doc is OK, as is putting it in the body of the email.
Thanks to the pandemic and all the shutdowns and cancelations, total hours for last years are way down (no surprise there).
