...was the first trial run under steam of restored locomotive No. 9.  Our updated roster page for No. 9 now includes photos of that milestone, as well as a link to the YouTube video Eric Schade posted of the event.
What–me worry?

Wow. In some ways that seems like just yesterday. In other ways it seems like an eternity.

What a life of hard work for #9 but she could not fall in better hands than yours for that matter since she joined the WW&F Ry musem she has been living the padded existence she had deserved . Given her poor conditions her restoring to operation was by no means  a bed of roses  so you can pride yourselves on achieving it.  I'm sure that you won't struggle as much in building  from scratch her big sister #11.
