Better not leave that window open, it might get wet in there Thursday.

We all know the rules, Mike. You can't have a horizontal surface (wall "shelves" and new\rebuilt car "benches") without something on it.

Expert workmanship!

Question: Is there a plan to extend the middle track south from the barn?

No.
Any further track expansion would cross over a septic tank, then end up colliding with the Percival House.

The Percival House would then be the subject of this mid-50s song:

Sheathing looks great.  How soon would it be advisable to paint it for weather protection?

The sheathing is green right out of the sawwmill and needs a few months on the side of the building to dry out before paint.

Yes, once the sheathing has dried out. It will shrink when dry and it's best to delay batten installation until the sheathing is all set.

Many thanks for all your efforts.
