Don't paint it.  Clear preservative only - those boards give that Pavilion character !!

I fully agree with both of you  no paint  it'll merge far much better into its natural background.

I think I have found enough weathered boards to finish the Pavilion. Hoping to get them on Friday for use Saturday, after we finish the south side with the boards we have. He says they are not grey yet, but that is fine with me.

Also, one day next week, weather depending, should finish the siding. I am hoping to get it done so we don't have to plow it.

Slow day today, due to an unplowed road. I had called early Friday and asked Contractor Jeff to plow, but his phone went right to voicemail, so left him a message. I think he headed "upta camp" to have some relaxation after a very busy fall for him. So I worked all morning by myself.

Just after lunch, I spotted the presidential limo crossing the tracks. There were 2 orange cap covered heads inside. Dave and Nicole arrived just in time. They started moving staging. Snow slid off the roof as they were doing this and Nicole had to be quick to not get taken out..

Then, Brendan, Fred and Brian arrived. They started building the staging on the east end. I quickly finished the south wall before Fred took my staging. Here is where everything stands now.. And my trailer was unloaded..

Don't you think the corn shed should have a pay phone. For calls that ain't cranky!

Trying to get it done, we had a small crew working on the Pavilon today. Very pleased with what we have done, and Saturday should finish it for now.

Looks terrific, Mike.  It's going to be a great event space post pandemic.
What–me worry?
