Here's a neat little video of a fully automatic crossing of a two-foot gauge sugar line over a wide gauge.

A friend is planning a similar arrangement to cross his driveway with 7 1/2 gauge track.

Queensland sugar line crossing the Queensland Rail 3'6" line. I think in other places there are actual at grade sugar/main line crossings.
