Jeff, we have 2 years from the approval date for the DEP, as well as a 2 year on the Shoreland Zone permit through the town. The Pinch Point where the wall is and the Bridge site are the only critical ones to complete, because we are in the Shoreland Zone. That runs out around December of 2019. Everything else can easily be extended if needed.

Does anyone have the Lat Lon of the end of track. I’d like to get the pin on Google Earth as close as possible.  Thanks.
I took two measurements with a GPS on 10/20/18. The location the of end of serviceable track (one rail staggered doesn't count) is:

44.10073506 N, 69.62011440 W

Note that a handheld GPS is only accurate to within 50-100 ft. The above coordinates are an average between two readings that are about 20 ft apart. They also agree with prior measurements before the track was completed.
