I didn't realize we've gotten that far. ;D

Any ideas when the photo was taken, who the engineer is, and who the conductor is?

It is a photo of a Northbound train at Humason Brook Trestle.  It is a post August 2001 photo because that when the trestle was completed.  However track was not laid further North until that following October.  The engineer is either Fred, Dwight or John M.  The photo gets a little blurry after I tried to enlarge it.  My vote is for John M. for engineer.  The conductor is Frank Paul.  I do not recall when Coach 3 arrived nor do I remember what year Frank passed away.  I seemed like it was at least a year that Frank could not physically volunteer before passing on.  The window is post August 2001 to when Frank could no longer make it to the museum.  I miss Frank's stories about being a gunner's mate in the Navy.  RIP Frank.

It was August 2011 not 2001.  My error.

Coach 3 came to Sheepscot in 1999.  Frank Paul was head conductor when the track reached Alna Center, we have photos of him next to the train at AC with the station under construction in 2003.  If I remember correctly, 2004 was the last year that Frank volunteered.  He was an interesting man, a joy to work with.

I thought that might be Frank in the photo. I always enjoyed talking with him whenever I got up to Maine.
