Item 25? That high a ranking? I have been fighting the junk yard look for a couple of years. Starting to look good again due some organizing. Even the ugly stuff looks better neatly parked or piled.

Our yards and grounds do look a lot better, as does our shop.  We have made great strides in the recent year or so.

IMHO, the bright yellow ROWMOW cars stand out, and get the attention of visitors.  That can only enhance the appeal of the yards to the uninitiated...

Paint weather is over for this year. Maybe next year. Maybe we can even repaint the kubota, though I would rather that stay orange

See, been trying to tell youze guys...the public is attracted to neat, organized, clean-ness, tends to show the property is maintained and safe.
And yes, a row of yellow MOW equipment lined up would be an attraction in itself.
