Actually, Laws is in CA, while Como is in CO.

Actually, it is in Laws California.
Causing confusion is that the railroad was once called the Carson and Colorado - but later was absorbed by the Southern Pacific.

Everyone is raving about the restoration of one of the surviving SP locomotives; specifically its first visit "home" to Laws, California, where there is a small museum on the original ROW. Lots of photos and discussion on the Narrow Gauge Discussion Forum.
