From press release:

Trains Magazine correspondent Wayne Laepple will project photos as well as give an overview of past and present activities of the two-foot gauge Wiscasset Waterville & Farmington Railway Museum, one of Maine's legendary "two-footers" to Harrisburg Chapter National Railway Historical Society November 10 at Hoss’s Restaurant, 743 Wertzville Rd. Enola.  Business meeting and speaker begin at 7 pm, with a meal available as early as 5 pm. The dinner and meeting are open to the public.

A retired teacher, railroad manager and newspaper reporter, Laepple has been involved in rail preservation for over 50 years. In his retirement, he writes regularly for Trains and performs volunteer restoration at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg, Pa. He makes several annual trips to Maine to volunteer at the WW&F.

Harrisburg Chapter, one of over 149 chapters of the National Railway Historical Society, is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to studying railroad history and preserving significant local railroad artifacts. Major projects include: maintaining Pennsylvania’s official electric locomotive (GG-1 # 4859) as well as Pennsylvania Railroad wood-sided N6B caboose, preserving and operating Harris Tower, and showcasing operating model train layouts to community groups.
