B&SR boxcar 51 out on the mainline last month at Sheepscot Mills while a new siding was being put in at Maine Locomotive and Machine. 51 was restored and is owned by Maine Locomotive and Machine. 51 will be in use on the WW&F for this winter's photo charter weekends.

Thanks for the photos, Brendan. Is the new ML&M siding completed?

Yesterday Maine Locomotive and Machine hauled the old B&SR / Edaville turnatable out of Gray, ME where the turntable had been stored.

The B&SR turntable was moved to the WW&F for storage.

I've heard different ideas regarding what it will be used for - including options in both Alna and Portland. I do not believe anything has been decided.

I would assume that MNG would have it as part of their redevelopment plan.  If not, then it begs the question to Wes (how much);  there might be a place for it along 218 in the future but I'll let the powers to be hash that out.

At the site of the planned MNG facility in Gray, Maine. They had been storing/displaying some items there (such as the Flanger and Tank Car.)

8 looks good, as does  tankcar 14.
Will 14 get its full SOCONY lettering back?
It's hard to miss.  ;)
