Portland Company Property Sold

<< < (2/2)

Dave Buczkowski:
Thanks but KD has been a very small cog in securing the ROW. Kudos really go to Gordon Davis and Jason. The board has been supportive of the efforts.

Wayne Laepple:
Two words: be prepared.

Pete "Cosmo" Barrington:
Anything further on this?
One could assume since there's been no announcement of an impending immediate move that the new landlords and the MNGRR have found amenable ground between them.
I would love to hear more good news if there is any. ;)

Ted Miles:
Just to add a final update to this thread; the new landlord of the Portland company buildings has told the Maine Narrow Gauge Museum to remove the cars and other equipment that are stored in Portland Company buildings. Several passenger and freight cars were carefully moved by truck to the WW&F property in Alna. Some repair work is happening on the oil tank flat car as i write this update. The Rangeley is stored indoors.
