Now, if someone offers a guaranteed cure for cancer, an end to world hunger, universal cheap energy replacement for oil, and permanent world peace if a UP Big Boy is steamed into Durango, Orbisonia, Stewartstown, Alna Station, or Key West, certainly that *can* be accomplished. But in spite of there being some ridiculous Powerball lottery winnings lately, this still isn't likely.
