In the beginning I thought Mike was you. And I would never have guessed it was your wife playing - thought it was a 14-year old boy.

Flopcast Episode 391 is now live.
Ed pontificates on railroad safety with "Stand by Me", talks Walt Disney and other Railroad celebrities, discusses the finer points of And, But, and "Ore" in "Conjunction Junction" - which of course leads to Hump Yards. They are still giggling.

Some of you may have seen me wandering around with a mysterious box during the 2019 Fall Work Weekend. It contained the
"Wandering Spirit" railcar
.
So in this episode of "WW&F Visits..." we present a VISITOR to the WW&F. Of course, the WW&F is the "grand finale" of the car's Fall 2019 New England tour (with a side trip to PA.) I chronicled the cars adventures in a 3-part series:
Part 1:
New England in the Fall
Part 2:
Meet Norfolk & Western 611
Part 3 (Featuring the WW&F):
Another Historic Journey
So where is Wandering Spirit now? As of this writing it is being hosted in Rhode Island by our own Paul Crabb! Its next stop is to be determined.
