This is interesting news. Bernie and I stopped in Portland on our way south on Sunday afternoon. Does anyone know how much of the P-LI right-of-way will be utilized?

Wayne, there is about 2 unobstructed (no crossings) miles they could be using. It may be longer, I have never actually measured.
