I continue to be impressed with what's been accomplished. Will the car interior be white?

Fantastic work, guys! It will be great seeing the car during Spring Work Weekend.

Am I correct to assume that a tin roof will be applied?

So how much is in the fund at this time? Also, could something be posted in a future newsletter to make members aware of this? Not all members are subscribed to the discussion group, and I'm guessing many, like me, don't check the forum very regularly. I just happened to see this topic while looking for info about the dairy car construction.

Sounds good. Stewart.

Maybe you can get Fred to stand in for you at Sheepscot.

I have that book. I'll have to dig it out.

Can I hire your guide services and go look for the site the next time I'm up?

I forgot to mention that the abutments I saw were not along 218 (I think). It's been a few years since I encountered them.

Paul,

I'd like to take you up on your offer to visit the mill. I probably won't get up to Maine again until this April.

Thanks for the clarification guys.

Stewart - did you happen to take any photos when you hiked in?

Thanks Alan and Stewart. I recall one time driving through the countryside, somewhere between Headtide and Albion. I came across some stone abutments with a snowmobile bridge. Is that the bridge you're talking about, Stewart, or another bridge.

Anyone know where Coopers Mills tank was located?

Anyone have an idea how long the W&Q boxcars were painted grey? I realize this is a long shot that someone may have found something.

I've made my flight arrangements to be up for Fall Work Weekend, unless Continental cancels it, like they did last spring. Looking forward to getting some work time in at the museum.
