* Dan and crew went out and found a Christmas tree.
* Linda was archiving
* Ed was working on setting up Christmas and Sleigh tickets, and doing some 2025 planning.
* Nancy cooked lunch

It looks like a metal bar bent into a shallow S, with a hole at one end, for the pin to drop through.
