I'm looking for info on the flags used by the railway.
What are the dimensions and what size staff are they on.

regarding the north yard (woods track) switches:
if the north yard switch on the main line shows red for divergent, making the woods track now the "main line", shouldn't all the following switches show red for each selected, divergent track from it?
a close view of the pic seems to show the opposite. please clue me in.

I have a simple wall desk my father made back around 1960-65. It's made of plywood and stained "maple". It has a dropdown front, a center drawer and a couple of shelves. I'd be happy/willing to donate it for your use. You may restain it to suit. I could bring it up whem I come for the Christmas event weekend.

Museum Discussion / screw jack

Don't know if this goes here, but I wanted to let someone know; I dropped off a jack, late Thurs., around 7:30p in front of the freight house. It's up against the door in double bags.
Finally got up that way after posting about it quite a while ago. Hope it's of use.

When all this fine work is done, and #9 is operational, do you have any kind of documentary (dvd or such) that shows the start to finish rebuild? I'm thinking of something that could be sold to visitors and others to generate income for the railway.

Museum Discussion / stuff for the rr

Hi, now that it's getting colder, I hope you've found good use of the large Reddy heater I dropped off a couple years ago.
I came across a Hobbs  screwjack, 1 1/2x10. Reseach on line tells me it's rated for 12 ton and the company existed from around 1915 to 1945. So it would fit the rr time period just right. If you can use it, I'll get it to you.
