Museum Discussion / Google Maps Satellite Photos Updated
« on: November 24, 2012, 02:44:12 PM »
All,

I noticed that google had updated the satellite photos.  It looks like it was earlier this spring/summer.

They have a pretty good resolution.  See if you can find the #10 out on the line!

If anyone out there has BBC on cable, Top Gear is racing a steam loco, a classic car, and a classic motor cycle.  Its pretty neat.

Work and Events / Halloween 2008
« on: October 01, 2008, 07:26:40 PM »
As we move forward into October, next weekend will be work weekend, and the week after that will be the Halloween Trains.

I guess I have become incharge of the Halloween portion which includes handling the HS kids, decorations, and station stuff.

I would like to open up dicsussions on what needs to be done and to try to set up a meeting this weekend.  I know that Jason can only do Sunday, however if only Sat will work, than we may be able to meet than.

Please advise as to who is interested.

thanks

General Discussion / Traffic Alert!

For all of you traveling to the museum this weekend, you probally want to avoid rt.1 in Wiscasset.  It is Lobster fest in Rockland this weekend, which will muck it up even more.  Last week it was backed up beyond Shaws!  So take alternate routes if you can.
