As I recall the railbus was almost totally distroyed in and accident with an automobile at the Eda Ave crossing in the middle to late 60's and was not repaired for quite a while, l remember it being in the museum bad side to the wall and when it was finally repaired REO parts were hard to find.

The last I knew Edaville #6 went to Beaver Brook for christmas only that's why I think it's there new steam engine. If you check Beaver Brook"s web site I believe they are selling all remaining displases.

Just to add anther thought to this I rember that at one time there was a Hencshel that carried the #6 and they took it to New Hampshire at christmas time. Only a guess but they did run a Hencshel and it looked like it worked well?

It's a shame that not a thing has been done on #7 for a year and I wish the people we put in charge would be more willing to share information with the members that can't be there. I guess the frist question is why?

In reading Friends of Edaville this morning " Pure Speculation". Time will tell?

Just read on the friends of Edaville page Makepeace may be trying to buy the railroad. Good or bad I don't know?

That was in the  summer, at christmas with 4 trains running they left the station very 7 1/2 min.
