Only 17 Fundraising Calendars Left!

To make purchases easier, I've listed them on eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Casco-Bay-Steam-2017-Calendar-/222374075810?hash=item33c6871da2%3Ag%3AS-QAAOSw241YdWza&_trkparms=pageci%253Aa5a01b62-d78e-11e6-88f7-74dbd180e334%257Cparentrq%253A8ac440a31590a2a203326dc6ffc3af17%257Ciid%253A1&redirect=mobile

I invested my savings into these Calendars, so each purchase is very much appreciated.

Thanks!

Scenes from the Engineer for an Hour program:

A huge tree was down on the east side of Fish Point on Friday, so only a third of the line was in service. Among the guest engineers was author Justin Franz. The tracks were opened up to Cutter St in time for the 31st and 1st.

SR&RL Railbus #4 ran back and forth on a short stretch of track for visitors this past weekend. It will now go to Boothbay temporarily for restoration and operation. MRR #3 will continue to run weekends through Memorial Day Weekend.

Thanks guys! I organized Friday and Sunday's trips, while Joey Kelly did Saturday's trips. The Monster Train was put together by our Operations Manager.

And my logo is inspired by an "Edaville-ized" Baldwin number plate.

Any news of 7?  Will it steam this year?

Realistically? No.

The plan is to move the boiler to "Sheepscot Mills" for completion. It would be possible if it was worked on every weekend, but Boothbay/ Alna is a long distance from Portland and points south.

FIRST WEEKEND OF JANUARY:

While a certain standard gauge railroad had 'Covered Wagons In The Snow', we got to run #3 in the snow! This was the second and last weekend of the 'Guest Engineer' program. The freshly laid snow was quite a sight! At the end of Sunday, #3 was winterized and put back in the engine house, ready for its winter hibernation.
