This link showed up today from one of my friends in Australia. It covers a short narrow gauge industrial railway in Uruguay that shut down in the 1980's and still had 27(!) 0-4-0T locomotives on hand, most of which still remain. Enjoy!

Interesting read. The remaining buildings and locomotives are like a South American version of the EBT. Nice that there is a small part of the line in operation with one locomotive in service.
