At today's board meeting we decided to move Halloween to October 30 and 31, Friday and Saturday. Friday's will be primarily a night event and Saturday will be primarily a day event.
We're going to change things around some. We're going to try to have a costume judging contest (costumes of kids coming to ride), a display of already-cut pumpkins, and other things that are a little different. We're still working on specifics, but we want to get the word out early that this is what we are doing.

What's the crew schedule look like for that weekend? Most likely the first time i'll be up that way after starting college. I might make it up for the work weekend, not to sure yet.

OK here's more on what's going on:
- Friday night is 4 - 7, starring Wisc HS Student Council students along the line in closely supervised scenes.
- Saturday 12 - 3 the WHS SC students will be at Alna Center for face painting, etc (community type stuff).
- Saturday evening 4 - 7 the train will pick up someone-in-costume partway up the line, who will pass out treats, and at Alna Center will be carved pumpkins which train riders will judge.
