We received the following invitation and photos from ANOTHER French two-footer...

Please tell your members that they would be most welcome on our train if they come to visit our region some day!

The 2025 season will begin next May and (as usual) we are very busy, preparing the rolling stock and locos.

I see most are wearing their "bleu de travail"!

(Sturdy French work clothing, usually blue in color)

AMTP have been having good relationship with that railway for many years.  They came three times with their temper and their small ballast hoppers to help us to keep up our track. Since then the track has been  entirely done  over by the Departement du Loiret that owns it but the company named Colas in charge of the trackworks has made some  pretty shoddy work.  Plus the Département  has given us a temper  the same as the one owned by Rillé.

Perhaps we should consider the French option for tamping our track.
